Ask for More Arts is a school-community-arts partnership that believes today’s Jackson Public School students need arts learning to improve their academic performance, graduate, and prepare them to become engaged and productive 21st Century citizens.
We know that a well-rounded education includes the arts. We believe that arts education is every child's right. Current research proves that 21st century students will need to be innovative, creative, and empathetic if they are going to compete in a global economy.
Out children's future is now. Parents and community members must be outspoken and active advocates to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive in life and succeed in school.
